What this site knows about you.
Almost nothing, and none of it leaves your browser. This page lists it exactly, because a page that says “we value your privacy” and nothing else is not worth reading.
The short version
- No cookies. This site sets none at all.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tag manager, no heatmaps.
- No accounts. There is nothing here to sign up for and no login anywhere.
- Two forms, and they only do something when you press send. The brief on thecontact page and the review box in the footer of every page. Nothing you type leaves the browser while you type it, and neither form keeps a draft. When you send, it goes to a Google Apps Script we wrote, which writes it into a Google Sheet only we can open. Google is therefore the one third party that sees what you send, and we would rather name it here than have you find out later. If a form cannot reach it, your text stays in the boxes and we offer WhatsApp instead with the message already written out — there you can read it before it goes, or close it. Nobody else is in between on either route.
- No advertising or profiling. Nothing about your visit is sold, shared or used to target you.
What is stored, and where
Six small values can end up in your own browser, and this is all of them. They never reach a server — we cannot read them, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Nothing leaves this site
Every font, script, image and style is served from tomoe.agency itself. Loading a page here makes no request to anyone else — no CDNs, no embeds, no social widgets, no chat scripts, no analytics. The typefaces the wordmark cycles through, Devanagari included, are served from this domain too; until recently four of them came from Google Fonts, which meant every visit handed Google an IP address and a browser fingerprint. They are now self-hosted, and that request is gone.
The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you click it, and then only what you choose to write.
Server logs
This site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent — as part of running the servers. We do not query, export or analyse those logs, and they are governed by Vercel’s own privacy terms.
If you email us
Whatever you send — your name, your address, the spreadsheet you attach — sits in our inbox until the conversation is over and for as long as we need it for the work or for our records. We do not add it to any mailing list. Write to hello@tomoe.agency to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will answer within thirty days.
Changes
If any of the above stops being true — if analytics get added, or a form appears — this page changes on the same day. It describes what the site actually does, not what we intend it to do.
